Effective July 16, 2026. These Terms apply to the current informational website, project content, external links, and custom print request workflow.
Informational site use
Site content describes current studio work and future plans. It is provided for general information and does not guarantee a product, service, livestream, release, price, schedule, or availability.
Intellectual property
ShooForge Studio retains its rights in the ShooForge name, branding, original text, photographs, graphics, and original project content. Visitors may view the site for personal, lawful use but may not copy, sell, misrepresent, or commercially reuse that material without permission.
Projects, images, and site content
Project images and descriptions may show concepts, tests, or work in progress. They do not necessarily represent an item that is complete, available, or suitable for every use.
Custom print requests
Custom print requests are reviewed for scope and availability and may be declined. Sending a request does not create a contract, production slot, obligation, or final quote. Work begins only after any required details and terms are separately confirmed.
Quotes and availability
Any future quote or availability statement may depend on project details, materials, equipment, timing, and studio capacity. No price, inventory, or production commitment is final unless it is clearly confirmed for that request.
Concepts and future products
Concepts, print tests, livestream ideas, and Forge Drop plans are not guaranteed releases. Details, materials, prices, and availability may change before any future sale. Separate store and checkout policies will apply if sales become active.
User-submitted ideas and reference materials
A visitor who sends an idea or reference material is responsible for having permission to share it. Submission does not transfer ownership, require ShooForge Studio to use the idea, or prevent the studio from working on similar concepts independently.
Livestream and social content
Livestream and social content may change, pause, or be unavailable. It is shared for general information and creative documentation and is not professional safety, engineering, legal, or technical advice.
External websites and platforms
External websites, social platforms, email services, and any future store operate under their own terms and policies. ShooForge Studio does not control their availability, content, or practices.
Prohibited use
Visitors may not use the site to break the law, infringe another person's rights, submit malicious material, interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misrepresent a relationship with ShooForge Studio.
Disclaimers and reasonable limits
The current site and its informational content are provided as available. ShooForge Studio does not promise uninterrupted access or that every description is free from error. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ShooForge Studio is not responsible for indirect losses caused by use of the informational site or external services.
Changes to these Terms
ShooForge Studio may revise these Terms as site features and services change. The effective date will be updated when material revisions are posted.
